Born and raised in Cobourg, Holly initially trained as a Certified Health Care Aide and worked in private home care, followed by several years in the fitness industry.
She quickly realized that what she loved the most was helping and pleasing people. Although her full-time passion is providing spa services, she continues to teach her fitness classes locally.

Holly offers a variety of professional treatments in a private, comfortable setting using high quality products, including O.P.I, Gehwol. CND and Naturmed.

Facials

The 60 minute customized facial includes multiple cleansing steps, a dermal scrub, an anti-age or sensitive skin mask, and additional anti-age or couperose (rosacea) ampoules specific to skin type.

Reflexology

60 min. $75

As a Certified Foot Reflexologist through the Ontario College of Reflexology, I will typically take 75-90 minutes for your first session, including a detailed Reflexology Health Record.

Manicures & Pedicures

$35 - $60

…begin with filing and shaping of the nails, accompanied by a warm soak. Cuticles are cared for, and treated with Almond Oil, followed by a relaxing massage.

Hot Stone & Aromatherapy

85-100

These hour long medium tissue sessions for women are based on Swedish massage principles. Choose from the Hot Stone, a seasonal offering, or The Aromatherapy massage, offered year round.

Manicures

Natural / Men's $35.00

Deluxe including Paraffin $55.00

Shellac Manicure (Colour or French) $55.00

Technology that combines gel with polish for a long lasting, glossy finish! Cured with a UV light means no drying time – and no worries.

(There may be an additional charge depending on the removal process of previous polish)

Facial Waxing & Tinting

Pedicures

Feet are soaked in a warm footbath, and scrubbed with an exfoliant to remove dry skin. Nails are trimmed and filed, and cuticles are treated. Buffing is performed to reduce rough skin and calluses, followed by a luxurious foot and lower leg massage.

Reflexology

60 min. $75

A focused pressure technique performed on the feet. It is based on the premise that there are zones and reflexes on different parts of the body which corresponds to, and are relative to all parts, glands and organs of the entire body. By manipulating specific reflexes, stress is removed, activating a parasympathetic response within the body. You will begin with a warm foot soak, followed by reclining on the pre-warmed treatment bed with extra pillows and a light blanket. The benefits of Reflexology include relaxation with the removal of stress; enhanced circulation; assists the body to normalize metabolism; breaks up deposits which may interfere with the natural flow of the body’s energy.

Hot Stone (for women)

60 min. $100

The heat of the basalt stones passed over the body persuades stressed muscles to unwind. This hour-long medium tissue massage incorporates the use of hot stones, which are smoothed over the back, arms, and legs. The stones are also carefully placed at pressure points to relieve tension. *Available October to March

Aromatherapy (for women)

60 min. $85

This medium tissue massage begins on your back and shoulders, and progresses to include your arms, legs, hands, feet and neck. At the request of the client, a scalp and facial massage may complete this blissful treatment. Your choice of essential oils are added to the massage medium of lotion or gel.

Today I had my first massage and facial, as part of the June special, 90 minutes for $150,and I can honestly say it was exceptional. The massage which included my back, neck and arms was excellent and Holly had a firm touch, which I requested, and worked out my knots. My facial included deep cleansing, exfoliating, a mask with steamer and a few layers of moisturizer. The product was from Italy and was light and lovely. Holly is professional, warm and friendly and very invested in her client's treatment. I highly recommend her services. Can't wait for the double pedicure experience with my sister!

I received a gift certificate for an early Christmas present from my husband and Holly is a gem! Cookies and tea to greet me (or plus Birdie, her dog) and then a nice soak for my feet before my pedicure. l love her new spa area watching the birds out of her window! A beautiful setting and love that she is close by! It was my first manicure and pedicure there and Holly is so personable so we had a wonderful conversation while I was being pampered. It was my first paraffin wax for my feet and it was heavenly. I look polished now that I had my eyebrows waxed and have some cuticle oil for my nails when I go on holidays. No wonder no one wants to leave!
